NJGCB is a luxury design-build firm serving Bergen and Essex Counties. We build architecturally designed custom homes using high-quality green materials and energy-efficient practices.
We are looking for a Luxury Custom Home Sales Executive who understands construction, moves fast, and thrives in a high-performance environment. This role supports both luxury home sales and marketing execution. You must be responsive, organized, and ready to work weekends when needed.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Generate and qualify leads through research, outreach, and CRM management
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales materials
- Track pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records
- Follow up quickly with inbound leads (speed matters)
- Support account managers with client communication
- Attend and support weekend open houses
Marketing Coordination
- Coordinate digital campaigns (social media, email, paid ads)
- Assist with website updates and marketing content
- Work with creative teams on promotional materials
- Monitor campaign performance and report analytics
- Support trade shows, open houses, and promotional events
Communication & Collaboration
- Act as liaison between sales and marketing teams
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners
- Ensure messaging aligns with company growth goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 to 5 years in construction-related sales or marketing
- Strong CRM proficiency
- Comfortable with digital marketing tools
- Strong communication skills
- Available evenings for lead response
- Available weekends for open houses
- Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
- Residential construction experience
- Experience in luxury markets
- Familiarity with energy-efficient or green building practices
Compensation
- Full-time, W-2 Employment
- Pay Structure: $40,000 base + 1% commission per closed contract.
- Average contract: ~$800K (~$8K commission per sale)
- 10 closed deals/year: ~$80K in commission (plus base)
- Many contracts exceed $1M, offering higher upside
- Long-term growth opportunity within a stable company

This Role Requires:
- Responsiveness outside standard business hours when needed
- Weekend availability for open houses and events
- Prior exposure to residential construction or luxury markets
